Hi, and welcome.
If you’re on this website, it’s likely you are searching for a counsellor who can help you. This can be a confusing journey, and I encourage you to reach out to any and all counsellors who seem like they may be a good fit for you. It can be easier to get a sense of this over the phone, or during an initial consultation. I offer a free 15-minute phone call, where we can discuss any concerns you might have about beginning counselling.
You are by no means committing to starting work together by reaching out but if you would like to, we can discuss what that means together.
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor, drawing on a range of frameworks to find the approach that best fits each individual client. These approaches include Gestalt, CBT, Attachment theory, and Transactional Analysis. I have particular experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and Neurodiverse clients.
My practice is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is where healing begins, offering a space to explore how we relate to others: a kind of dress-rehearsal for life outside the therapy room. I also bring an existential perspective, welcoming questions around purpose, belonging, and mortality.
I offer both short and long-term work, available in person and online. Before working together, I offer a free 15-minute phone call, after which we can decide if we would like to explore an initial consultation.
